Order Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are provided only for:

• Defective or damaged products

• Incorrect items received

Return Conditions:
Items must be:

• Unused and unworn

• Returned in original packaging

• Reported within 48 hours of delivery

Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the return.

Non-Refundable Items:
Items bought during sale, or under special offers, are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged.
